Reply emails return on read

When I reply to an email the email show backup in inbox as unread with the arrow showing that I replied.

Please check app settings -> message view -> mark messages as read. You'll probably want "immediately".

That is the way I have it setup but after I reply it returns back into the inbox and it show that I have replied to.

Sorry, I'm not sure I'm quite following...

You're saying the original message gets marked read, but then becomes unread after Aqua sets the "replied to" flag?

If this is the case, could you capture the issue in a debug log, with "raw session data" enabled? Please see the "debug log" link below.
