« Last post by Boothy on January 08, 2026, 03:42:03 pm »I ended up with the same issue as yourself - after I clicked on the sign-in option that opens when you click on the Account icon (actually only for subscription sign-in... I missed it in my haste).
I've been on my unlocked Pro version for years too, and ended up with just the two email accounts allowed. Hopefully you've sorted it out with Martin?
I followed the Help instructions & assistance from Martin, to remove / close account - reinstalled... using my "other Google account" where I'd paid the 9p for the migration (not the one that hadn't paid it!!!) then used my backup settings. Back to how it was before now (Pro migrated & multiple email accounts).
