Keep copy on the server

Hi,

I am using this app on galaxy s3. But i came an error.. if i open/ access my mails from the app; they get deleted from the server automatically and as such i cannot access these mails from outlook on my laptop. Also i changed the settings in "deleting messages'' as "hide in the app, keep on the server. Please help

P.S. i want to read and sync all mails (even they are read on this app) in my outlook on my laptop.

Are you using Gmail with POP3, by any chance?

If so, please switch to IMAP. Gmail's POP3 server only lets one app download a message, once, then it's no longer "presented" to other apps.
