Hello,

i've been searching about this issue but found nothing.
An IMAP account has been set into the app but it doesn't show all the emails. Inbox folder has about 7500 mails now. The app
shows i think only 5000 considering the settings, this is the maximum amount i'm able to use.
The Inbox looks like this:

i can see a dozen of emails from today and yesterday evening, then a big gap and the next one is from August 2018.

However if i click on 'Offline list' at the 'View functions' menu, all the emails show up....until i close the app and reopen it, then
everything goes back to the list with gap.

Any idea? I love this app (i'm a pro user) but this is quite annoying.

Hi,

Please try this:

– Long press on the account -> options and folders -> account options.

– Change the “messages to sync” setting from a number based value (“25 messages” etc.) to a date range based value (“last 7 days”, etc.)

– Back out and refresh the account
