No automatic recall after starting mobile

I always have to manually synchronize my accounts after a reboot of my mobile. When I did this everything (incl. Push) is working fine and stable.
But I haven't found a setting to start this automatically after a reboot.
If I forget go do it manually for the first time I do not get any mail.
Somebody  to give me a hint?
