Sync Sub folders

Hi

I am new to aqua mail and needed some help. I have a sub folder in my Inbox. When i sync the folders, it syncs the subfolder when i am moving the email to it on my laptop. However when i move the email out from the subfolder into the main folder it doesnt move it on the app. it continues to show on the subfolder even though it has been moved to the main Inbox from my Laptop. What am i not doing correctly>

This might be a bug in Aqua Mail (or your mail server, lol).

Are both your "parent folder" and "sub-folder" set "to sync" in Aqua Mail? Marked as "sync-able" folders?

Please long press on the account -> options and folders -> folders -> give it 10-30 seconds to refresh the folder list.

Find your "parent folder" make sure it says "Sync (plain folder)" under it, if not, tap its name and choose from popup.

Same for your "sub-folder".

Oh and also - do you move "from sub-folder to parent folder" on the laptop (in an email app?) or in Aqua Mail? Or in web mail?

If "on the laptop in an email app" - please check your mail provider's *web mail* to be sure that messages really do get moved where you expect them to be.
