Read through a few threads but cannot see a simple way to have the O365 2016 (Exchange for Business) "Groups" appear in the folder options. At work we have Groups that admin have set up, where replies are more like conversations. I want to know if there are new messages in those groups on my mobile device not just when at PC. I don't like the Outlook for Android app and want to continue using my AquaMail Pro app. I also don't want to "Subscribe" to the Group since I'd prefer to keep the inbox clear of internal group activity.
I set up a new folder in AquaMail with the intention of syncing it to the group ... but it didn't give me the option to choose a folder to sync with, only how it should be synced.
There is another AquaMail Pro user in our office but we're both not finding the answers sought.
Any advice out there?
Thanks
As far as I know, you can't have the Groups "folder" or an autolisting of your Groups in any app other than 1) Outlook for Android and 2) Outlook Groups (which is not bad, and I do use it along with Aquamail).
You can sync individual folders and their calendars in Aquamail as below.
Start setting up an Exchange account.
After entering your email and password, instead of tapping NEXT, tap MANUAL.
At the bottom of the next screen, you will see a place for EWS shared mailbox. Put the group email id there.
Rest as usual.
