Move to map

When I use 'Move to map' to file a mail I can move to one of the three last used maps. Is it possible to extend the number of other maps to 7 or so?

Sure. App settings -> account list -> end of the screen, "number of recent folders" and also "how long to keep a folder on the recent list" (or something like it).

Will affect the dialog when you "move a message to folder..." and also the app's main window if you set it to show recent folders there.
