Galaxy note 8 keeps stopping aquamail

Keep getting an aquamail stopped message every few days on my new note 8.  Never had a problem with Samsung s6 edge.  Any advice?

Exclude it from doze sleeping.

Where can I find that setting?

I would try  at battery settings first. In other hand, try to use search function, which is embedded in settings.
I don't own note 8, but all android devices are similar.

Samsung has Doze Mode which comes from Android (6.0+) - Aqua Mail settings -> mail, receiving will have a green panel / prompt for it, if not already handled.

But Samsung devices have *another* battery saver, unrelated to Doze Mode but which can also cause trouble. This is in Phone Settings under Battery (I think).
