I am not sure if I am in right place?

                  Hi!
I am sorry, my English is not very good. This is my first time in Tapatalk and I do not know how to behave.

I have three Android devices. Samsung tablet Note 12.2 ( SM-P905 ), Honor 7 Premium ( PLK-L01 ) and Honor 8 ( FRD-L19 ). In all of them I have AquaMail and I have also bought AquaMail Pro Unlocker.

In all the devices AquaMail behaved same way in the past. I had technical problems in my Honor 7 Premium. Finlands Huawei Support told me to reset Honor 7 Premium to factory settings. So I did it. And Support told me start from fresh start. Not from Backup.

After that came this kind of problem to Honor 7 Premium in AquaMail. It shows one email three times in Smart Folder. First there is one email as it should be. When I click that email, opens two email more. They are same emails like the first one. So there is three same kind of emails.

If I try to move one of them to the another folder, the email vanish some where. I do know where. In my opionion I cannot see it anywhere.

Then I reset  Honor 7 Premium to factory settings again and made fresh start. That did not help. Same difficulties with AquaMail. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled AquaMail again, but it did not help either. Same difficulties. Smart Folder shows same email three times.

I have tried to compare my  Honor 7 Premium AquaMail settings to Samsung Note Pro and Honor 8 Aquamail settings. They seem to be as same.

I do not have good technical skills. I have been in nexcksurgery three times and twice I have been nearby to fourlegs paralyzed. I have very awful pains and thats why it is difficult to me to focus things.

Please, can somebody help me step by step, what I should to do.

Yes this is "a" place to report bugs.

Does message show three times only in the smart folder? What if you use a "plain" folder (Inbox)?

Where is the mail account? Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, GoDaddy, etc.?

And the issue does not exist on a Samsung device, even if you do same exact things? With same account, and also using Smart Folder?

I am sorry for the huge delay in my answer. I have been couple of days very painful and I could not type anything.

The problem is only in Honor 7 Premium. Samsung tablet and Honor 8 works very fine. In Honor the problem is only in Honor 7 Premium's Smart Folder. In that folder AquaMail shows duplicates. In Inbox Folder email is only one time. But I noticed another problem just now.

I have several email accounts. My iCloud and Gmail, Elisanet, Saunalahti, Windowsive, my wife's iCloud and Gmail email accounts.

When I open main window in Honor 7 Premium I see in all emails accounts, except windowslive account, duplicates folders. I see these folders twice: Inbox, Drafts, Sent and Deleted. I am not sure if this window should be called Main Window. But this opens first when I open AquaMail.

It has been couple of hours when I have started to write this email. I managed to solve the Smart Folder problem. No it is not showing the duplicates from one email. I am very glad of this. What I did I cannot to write in English. I know what I did but my English language skills are not good enough to explain in English what I did.

But I have still the other problem, which I noticed today. AquaMail shows the duplicates folders as explain before. I have uninstalled and then reinstalled  AquaMail in the past several times. I have also Apple devices and in them is two steps verification. I have no more very many possibilities to create passwords.The biggest number is 25 and I have used almost use 20.

I am very sorry Kostya. I understand your question: ”Where is the mail account? Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Godaddy, etc.?” I understand the English question and I can translate it to  Finnish. But I do not understand where my email accounts should be? I assume they are in the default location. I have add my email accounts same way as in Samsung tablet and Honor 8. I have clicked three points in upper right conner. Then I have clicked add account. Then I have selected Gmail or Google Apps if I was adding Gmail account. With my Elisanet and Saunalahti accounts I have selected Internet mail. I am sorry, I cannot explain it better way.

Could you please try removing the account(s) from the app and adding them back? Maybe just one to begin with?

To remove - long press on the account (on the app's main screen, which lists the accounts and their folders below each), choose "remove account".

To add back - Menu -> Add account on the main screen.

Hi Kostya again!

I have add all the other email-accounts except my and my wife`s Apple email-accounts. Them I will add later, when I am in better shape.

All the other email-accounts seems to work just fine. Thank you. But I forgot one thing. I forgot put a mark into box, which is something like this: Enable the push notifications. Can that add someway in the future?

I have tried it by myself, but my skills are not good enough.

Please long press on an account on the app's main screen (where accounts are listed, and folders below them) -> choose "options and folders" from popup, then "account options" and you'll see it.

Please be aware that you'll need to generate and use "app specific passwords" for Aqua Mail:
