Duplicate calendar items on EWS

Hi, I have an EWS account, that synchronized all EWS calendars globally. As for calendars I'm using Business Calendar 2. But as the EWS sync is done by Aquamail I guess this bug is about Aquamail:

Every item in the EWS calendars hiere is duplicated up to 42 times. That means for a calendar item today I have 42 entries.

That Aquamail was restored by TitaniumBackup with app and data from my last installation. Version is AquaMail 1.11.0-568, Pro Unlocker 1.0.23-341.

Calendar items meaning:

- Events
- Or Calendars themselves?

If it's the latter - Calendars themselves - it means the app's calendar sync code doesn't see the Calendar entities it already created.

I remember seeing this maybe a year or so ago - the user had a "privacy protection" app that was causing this.
