Can send Emails in WIFI

Hi,
I dont no why but i can´t send email in WIFI , i have try two differents WIFI.
When i turn on datamobile network it works..

What is wrong?

Is that a public Wi-Fi?

... if the WiFi in question is something at a hotel, McD, etc. -- public WiFi access points are often limited to web browsing traffic and block everything else. Same goes for office WiFi (corporate IT policies you know).

Also, on some public Wi-Fi networks you are required to authenticate in the browser before any connection to other servers is allowed. See, e.g. this thread for that issued discussed:
