Automatic Greeting with Placeholder

Hello there. Is it possible to use Placeholders in the Greeting Formula? For example, the Name of the Recipient?

Yes, for example. I don't if it is useful, but I remember, back in the Days, I have used "The Bat" there es a similar thing
