witam od roku używam tej poczty ,bylem bardzo zadowolony ,prosta przejrzysta ,mam 55lat ,ale od niedawna pojawiło sie brak synchronizacji ,i już nie moge sie połączyc ,facet w punkcie też nic nie zdziałal ,telefon to Samsung X-COVER3
prosze o pomoc czy na ten tel można tą poczte zainstalowac
dodam ,że dokonalem jednej aktualizacji od kupna w sierpniu

From my very limited understanding of Polish (combined with the information provided by Google Translate), - I suspect that Aquamail stopped synchronization of the mail in August. The OP attributes this to the update of Aquamail.

My suspicion would be that it might be related to the battery optimizers. I suspect that some system update may have led to that. (I've read that Android-M is available for update on that phone (Samsung X-Cover3), which originally came out with 4.4. Also, Samsung may have released some update. Or a 3rd-party app may have been installed.)

If my understanding of the problem is correct, I'd recommend @car1961 to read this FAQ item:
