You should have a look into the 'Sticky thread' on the top of the 'Development builds" section. There you will find a new version 1.6.4-dev1.3 - still 'work in progress' of course -:

Mikeone:  I suspect RobertDob missed (mixed up?) the browser window where he posted the question: he asked about a different software: nginx
It's a web server, and a proxy, and the only relevance it might have is that it can be used as a IMAP/POP3 proxy.
