If you're unable to add the account into AquaMail:
There are different ways to connect to Exchange.
AquaMail uses something called (EWS), Exchange Web Services, part of Exchange since version 2007 SP1 (November 2007).
There are other apps which use EWS. And then there are apps which use ActiveSync.
It would be best to ask your company's "computer people":
- Does your corporate mail system have EWS enabled / supported / available
- If so, what are the settings? Server name, any special "rules" for the login:
e.g. "user@corp.com" vs. "user\domain" vs. could be something completely unrelated to your email, such as "2837498\Sales"
If your corporate mail is Office 365, then please use the Manual button (after entering your email and password) and enter this as the server:
outlook.office365.com
Without any details whatsoever, this is the best I can do...
