Mails from 2008 are shown - new sync doesn't work!

He there,  when I checked my emails this morning there were shown only mails from 2008! Mails that never were in my Aqua email app before! When I sync it still shows mails from 2008.
I also deinstalled and installed the app but then after synchronizing still only 2008 mails are shown :(
When I login to hotmail via browser all my emails are still there.
What can I do?
It's an Huawei Mate7.
Please help!

The bottom line that this problem is caused by Hotmail.

 Please, read this Kostya's response to a similar question in a recent thread:

It include instructions how to work around that problem.
