Smart folder accounts

Sorry for the dumb question but I couldn't find how to do it.
How do I tell Aquamail which accounts to show in the smart folder and which not to  show?

Would you believe that I had been there more than once, but saw the color options and just missed seeing the smart folder check box! Pretty dumb!
