Flagging an email for follow-up
« on: January 06, 2016, 12:01:34 am »
In Outlook, it is possible to flag an email for follow-up?

Is there any way to do this from Aqua Mail?

Yes, there is a per-message "star" indicator in AquaMail:
> go to Account list view (the app's main window) > Menu > Settings > Message list view > scroll down and enable the option "Stars"

In addition to that:
scroll down to the very last item (same settings screen) to choose / create a specific "Background color" for Starred messages  8)

Thanks mikeone.

Is this local to Aqua Mail on the phone, or is it reflected in Outlook somehow?

Mark an email as important (star a message in AquaMail) should be reflected in Outlook).

Create a folder on server named as "follow up",  transfer the mails you wish to follow,  if your aquamail and outlook both imap,  the follow  up folder will sync in outlook as well,  you can create multiple such folders like for reference,  for later review,  etc etc.  This is an alternative way
