How do I change spam to inbox

Hi,
can anyone tell me how to: treat spam as an approved mail
I have ip camera mail and since about 14 days in aquamail the mail goes to the spam box instead of the inbox.

It changed already in android gmail app and it does the same now in the aquamail android app
I need it changed just for 1 sender.

I already used the < move to folder > option several times but all new mail still goes to spam

Yes it is gmail

Go to your desktop webmail, on your PC. Create a rule for incoming mail, to put messages coming from this specific contact in Inbox.
