Lower pane is moved when bottom action bar is disappeared

I use AquaMail with 2 pane UI settings at portrait. When I select a mail at lower pane, bottom action bar is disapeared (as expected) and lower pane moved down (as not expected). Please fix lower pane position even when select a mail.
Please see attached screen shot for details. I confirmed both version 1.5.0.19 and 1.5.1-25.1-dev5.2 (Oh, material design is very nice )

Working as intended. The Contextual Action Bar (when you select one or more messages) is "special".

Thanks, but this behavior is little bit annoying. Because you have to select a 2nd mail carefully after you select a 1st  mail due to position of mail list is moved down after you select a 1st mail.
I think position of mail list should be kept even after the contextual action bar is disappeared.

Ah, sorry -- you meant something else, the split position moving down?

Yes, that's something I can look at.

I thought you meant how the "contextual" icons (mark read, unread, star, etc.) are along the top of the window, not bottom.
