Send Error 550 on Mobile Networks only (Spamhaus)

Hi guys,

I'm having trouble submitting an email with one of my accounts when I am using mobile 3G network.

I receive the message
Send error 550
189.29.164.22 in xbl.dnsbl.ja.net 550 spamhaus.org query

everyhing works fine when I use WiFi.
Any idea where the problem is??

Your mobile provider is using an SMTP proxy to intercept your SMTP traffic.

So should I contact them  to sort out the problem?

Yes, that's one option. Another is to just wait until someone else notices.
