Email signature with embedded icons and images

Hi all,
I have a pro email signature with social network icon - links and a picture of myself.

In aqua mail I have tried to copy and paste the sig from an email but it didn't work.

Is it possible and if so, how?

Save your picture in Gallery (in any folder), then in AquaMail, insert the picture from where you have saved it.

Save your picture in Gallery (in any folder), then in AquaMail, insert the picture from where you have saved it.

Unfortunately these are the steps I followed on HTC M8 Android 4.4.3 and when composing the emails the signature looks fine, but unfortunately when receiving the emails the picture is missing.
Any idea of what is wrong (that's problematic, our logo is a big part of our corporate identity)?

Was the image there when composing / sending? What about when viewing a sent message (still in Aqua)?

Yes I can confirm the image was there when composing the message as well as when checking onto the sent messages
I send you right now a message from one of the phones so that you can inspect the signature
