Is it possible to create message filter so the incoming email will go to a specific folder automatically?

+100500 :)

As a bonus, your message filtering will be consistent between all devices and mail apps, mobile or desktop, and if you get a new phone / tablet / format your computer, you won't have to set up the rules again.

We use zimbra  in our company,  I have set my outlook on pop3 due to certain reason.  And on my mobile I have recently changed to IMAP.  Unfortunately zimbra download mails only from main INBOX ON server,  and does not download  mails from other. As a result not able to crest filter on server side. Stuck here,  I think it is zimbra server side limitation

my problem is my company provides only 4 Gb on server,  with so much mails,  4 Gb lasts only 2 months,  and hence if I use imap,  I need to back  my mailbox on server so regularly,  which is a tedious task from Zimbra,  instead I use pop on my outlook and gave made outlook to take back up every week automatically,  this  is my predicament.  Thnaks
