change to conversation view?

Is it possible to view email folders in conversation view or grouped by subject? If so how.

There is no conversation view at this time.

There are two large tasks -- 1) a whole different way to display message content and 2) actually combining messages into threads.

I'm working on the first part right now (much easier to start from the beginning and move towards the end... than the other way around...).

And it looks like that part, in itself, will be worth releasing in a new version.
