When I compose a message, how can I select an alias to send from?

I use Google Apps to host email and have several usernames for a single email account. I don't want to send from the main account every time.

Do you have the Pro Key for AquaMail? If not then that's a limitation of the free version.

If you have the ProKey then  look for 'Identities' under the account setting option (not the application settings)

I'm not sure what Account Settings refers to as I cannot see the Identities option. Can you please specifically point out the menu tree so I can find the Identities option. I am using the Pro version.
