Open the folder, then Menu -> Delete all.

The Menu may be a hardware button (outside the screen) or the "three dots" icon, top right.

I assumed that "bulk" meant "spam" ("junk" etc) here.

That's what I was afraid of, it takes so long to delete only page by page..  Maybe a future fix of this would be nice, thanks

Open the folder, then Menu -> Select all -> Move to Deleted

Beforehand
Go to App Settings > Message list > scroll down to option "Select 'All' means" > choose "Loaded messages" (instead of "Visible messages")

One more point:
Please see also the FAQ (http://www.aqua-mail.com/?page_id=227), specifically the item:
"Select All' function selects only one screen full of emails, instead of all"

For the spam folder, you can delete all messages without having to "select / delete / repeat" by:

long pressing it (the folder, on the app's main screen) and choose "delete all"

or by opening the folder's message list and doing Menu (three dots) and "delete all"

It should also be possible to do this easily in web mail (without the messages loading into AquaMail at all), which is going to be faster than using any mail app.
