email not all loading in one account

Hi

In one of my accounts I can't load all my mails, they show fine on my PC and Tablet so its just one account on the phone

I've tried deleting and recreating the account, but It gets stuck at about 10 mails and wont bring up the rest, even after the recreation of the account

Any ideas ?

When you reach the bottom of the loaded emails in the message list, does it says "loading"?
Also check in Settings ->Message list that you have enabled "Load more messages" and in the Account Option the item "Message per Page" and the following option,

Hi, sussed it, ajusted the settings to 2000 mails and let it load for a long time, (it was wrongly soing 1995 unread mails) it cleared up its cache and all mails are back to normal

2000? You need them all on your phone? AquaMail will slow down as every other app with a huge database.
If not i suggest 250. If you need more just scroll down and more will be loaded. Also AquaMail has the ability to search emails on the server, so no need for such a huge database.

Sometimes IMAP / POP3 servers mess up message order... IMAP is supposed to sort by date, POP3 does not specify the order, but in practice it also is by date.

Desktop mail apps of course don't need to rely on message order, since they have the luxury to just "load all".
