I had been eyeing a purchase of the Aquamail pro key, but the pricing model looked not in sync with purchasing power parity. I wrote to the Aquamail support about it. Instead of a proper response, the response that I got looked pretty rude. I would like to escalate the issue to somebody more responsible and sitting atleast one level above the reg support team at support@aqua-mail.com.
I hope to get a response about my query, as well as report the guy who seemed a bit too charged up.
