Changing floating bar items

The attached image is the floating bar that appears when I select a message in the smart folder. Is it possible to change the options in it? For example I never use the star and would like to replace it with "send to spam". Is that possible? How?

Sorry there isn't - perhaps you could assign "move to spam" to a swipe gesture: App settings -> swiping?

Moving to spam takes two clicks from the floating bar as it is currently configured, or from the swipe option suggested. It would be nice to have an option of only having to do a single click from the floating bar.

I am not sure how you count "two clicks". You just swipe the message (in the message view list) to the position that you configure (1st or 2nd, left or right).

Sorry, wrong terminology. Two actions. Swipe and click.

From the floating bar which appears whenever a message is selected, to delete is one click. It would be nice for me to have move to spam on the floating bar by making it configurable so that the spam button can appear on the floating bar rather than via the three bars on the right.

 Thank you, Paris Geek, on my phone, I have a legacy version that doesn't have that option at all, and on my tablet, that option is disabled (I thought it was by default) .So, I didn't remember about this option.

Swiping (in AquaMail) is only one action - as described by @StR:

Just swipe the message (in the message view list) to the position that you configure (1st or 2nd, left or right) ... and release : there is no additional (2nd) action necessary - no 'click', simply lift your finger.
The users in this forum named this (very convenient) feature "Swipe n' fire"
