Imap messages not come right back after delete

this just started happening the other day, never had this problem for the almost 2 years been happily using aquamail.  Using IMAP, I delete a message on my phone, it goes away, on refresh, it comes back.  Only change, it shows as read.  Any hints?

thanks for getting back so quick.  to answer your questions

1. yes using outlook on desktop, but always have
2. not sure what you are looking for in the screenshot - the folders list is so long
3. only have one trash folder

again, I have not changed any settings in aquamail or outlook.  any other thoughts?

Please:

- Long press on the account on Aqua Mail's main screen
- Options and folders -> Folders
- Let it refresh
- Find the server side Trash / Deleted / Bin / Deleted Items / Trash etc folder (the name can vary... for a Gmail account, look under [Gmail])
- Tap this folder's name, choose "Sync with Deleted"
