Sort by unread does not work

First of all: Thanks for this Software! It has a very good design AND (and this is rare) all functions I need, e.g. identities and a connection to my print-driver.

Unfortunaltly the feature "unread first" does not work properly. I've choosed this option in the main-settings (not in the bottombar) but it doesn't work. A bug or a fearure?

- If I choose it in the bottombar, he does it for this time but after the next start, the unread are not on the top again.
- The unread messages are loaded, I see them in the list
- I use gMail
- 2 Accounts
- Samsung Galaxy-Tab
- Just downloaded in PlayStore, should be the newest version.
- German version

In Message list:
> "Overflow menu" (three dots on the icon bar) > choose "Sort" (Sortierung) > choose "Unread + starred first (Ungelesene + Markierte zuerst)
Then again>"Overflow menu" > Sort > tap on "Save as default" (Speichere als Voreinstellung)
