Sending Hebrew messages to Android smartphones

Whenever I send Hebrew email, MS Outlook on Win7 accepts it in a legible way, but Android smartphones show question markes replacing Hebrew letters.
Is there a way to solve this problem?

Sending from where, what device / mail app?

Your question seems to be phrased in a generic way, are you using AquaMail?

Hebrew fonts and RTL text layout are supported by Android since 3.something or 4.something -- Android 2.* only has rudimentary support for both.

Which device are you using?
You may need to root it and install specific fonts.

I'm using LG G2 and it's rooted.

Are you sending with AquaMail?

Or receiving with AquaMail?

Or both?

Can you send me a sample message to kmansoft / gmail ?

Oh, please see Aqua settings and make sure that "Right to Left text support" is enabled under "Look and feel".

For viewing -- correct, not necessary.

For proper wrapping of RTL text when sending -- necessary unless the phone's language is set to Arabic or Hebrew.

Since I'm quite unclear on what this bug report really is about -- sending messages from Aqua and viewing in another app? sending with another app and viewing in Aqua? ... -- I made sure to mention everything RTL related.

But yes, the issue sounds like it's outside the app.
