Windows version?
« on: September 01, 2026, 02:34:41 am »
I know, I know, no plans.  But I will humbly put forth that I've been using Aquamail for years on Android.  At least 5 years, maybe even 10 years ...  (How old is Aquamail?)

Yahoo email just changed their web interface, again, and I am not a fan.  So I tried Em Client.  Nope.  It hogs hard drive space, and I can't figure out why, but there was an  email I sent to myself that Aquamail showed, Yahoo email on the web showed, but Em Client did not, no matter how I tried to sync them, restarted it, and it wasn't in the Trash folder either.  (Yes, I will try Thunderbird next.)

Just very plainly: Aquamail rules.  :D  And I would *love* a Windows version ...  👍👍👍

Hello The Mule,

Thank you, that really means a lot. Aqua Mail has been around for many years now, and it’s great to hear you’ve been using it for so long.

We understand why you’d like a Windows version, especially if you prefer Aqua Mail’s behavior over Yahoo Webmail or other desktop clients.

A Windows version is possible, but I can’t promise if or when it will happen. At the moment, there is no confirmed release date or roadmap for Aqua Mail on Windows.

I’ll gladly pass your feedback to the team. Long-time user requests like this do help show interest in a desktop version.

And thank you again for the kind words. We’re very happy Aqua Mail is working well for you.
