It seems there is no stroke through option in the editor.

There are 2 icons for text color option and 2 icons for fill in option. In modern editors those are combined and the chosen colors are specified by the line colors under the icons.
It seems resetting color doesn't work correctly and doesn't reverts icons colors to default.

You are correct that there is currently no strikethrough option in the editor.

Your comments about the duplicated text color and fill options, combining them in a more modern way, and the issue with resetting colors not restoring the default icon colors have been transferred to the team for review.
