Love the app. I have four email accounts, and I prefer to manually sync emails to keep my network activity and battery use under control.
However, Aqua Mail only syncs three account simultaneously, so have to wait with the sync on the fourth account until the first account is done syncing. It is not even smart enough to start syncing the fourth account if the second or third account finish earlier, so I have had put the account that is usually the fastest to sync on top for this reason.
It would be nice if it could be configured how many accounts you could sync simultaneously, so if you have good phone and network you can increase the number!
