i have several emails using pro version in my Samsung android phone, i have other folders checked for all accounts, and in the email tree main page the other folders show but after a 4 days or so the other folder disappears and in order to have it show in the main page in each account, i have to physically do these steps
settings - manage accounts - options - account options
then when i go back to the main email page the other folder is there, i do not have to do anything when i go into the account options, just by going into that page the other folder shows up in main email page.
Does anyone know why the other folder disappears even though the show "other folders..." is checked marked in account options page.
