Body of email not downloaded

Hi,

Using AquaMail Plus 1.3.8, at times I only receive the header of a message, while the body is empty.
The size of the mail is listed as 0 bytes, and opening the mail gives an empty screen. The original mail does contain content however, when viewing it on my desktop computer. The content is not special (just plain text).

Removing and readding the account does not solve the problem.

I had a similar problem, that was solved by disabling Lastpass for Aqua, see here http://www.aqua-mail.com/forum/index.php?topic=2247.0

Could be a sever bug, actually. There was a similar one at @seznam.pl last fall (took them about a month or so to fix).

Please capture the issue in a debug log with "raw session data" enabled.

After enabling logging, open one of those messages for viewing, and do Menu -> Diag: reload (last item, you may need to scroll the menu to see it).

Let it complete, email me the log.

Performing the Diag: reload did reload and show the message. So that is in a way a workaround for now I guess

I've seen quite similar behavior, been bothering me for months. AFAICT, it only happens to messages sent via the company's exchange server and only when sent by macintosh outlook clients. If any other client touches the message, including windows outlook, it is displayed correctly. (Using exchange via imap/smtp.)

I'll send a log, too. Already collected it.

Exchange / IMAP has known a bug where it often returns the size of a message's text part as zero, even if there is actual text content.

Aqua has a workaround for this, and it works quite well .... in most cases ... but it may be running into some other server bug in its workaround code.

Just like the Titanic could stay afloat with two partitions filled with water, but not three.

Original message headers posted above look fine me to, but may not look fine to Exchange.

In any case, I'm happy to look at debug logs.
