No synchronization in IMAP

Hello.
I bought applications over a year ago. Everything was always ok.
Now I changed my HTC One S for LG G3S.

Unfortunately I have no synchronization. There is no icon on the top of the screen. Settings such as I have had in HTC.
Manually syncing is ok, setting the schedule every 5 minutes as well. Shows an icon, it gets the message and icon disappears. PUSH service is not running.

I set the same parameters on the stock app and IMAP PUSH works flawlessly.

The LG have system 4.4.2.
On HTC ONE(M8) witch Android 4.4.4 also works fine in Aquamail.

Yes, i have DNS enabled.
In phone also I have enables auto synchronization in WiFi and Mobile data.

On stock app Email everything works fine, therefore think so that the phone is set correctly.

Everything works fine.
There was a problem with mail provider.
This is a company zimbra account.
