reply to an email without loading pics

Hi,
I noticed that when I reply to an email with pictures, all the pictures get loaded or downloaded again before I can reply.

Is there a way to reply without this happening?

If not, could you please add a function like this?

Kind of reluctant - the replies would end up with empty "placeholders" in the text...
