How do I Delete senders address before forwarding.
« on: July 15, 2017, 04:44:22 pm »
Hi everyone,
I am a newbie to this site. What I would like to know is how I can delete the senders address of the person who sent it to me so I can forward the email to the groups of which I have many.
Many thanks.

You can use the option "Forward (anonymous)" (instead of "Forward").
-> This will strip the sender (From field) and recipient(s) (To/cc fields) on the top of the forwarded message.

Excellent TIP!!!    This would be GREAT to make email templates in IMAP accounts!

Hi Mike one,
Where abouts is the menu for Forward (anonymous) when I go to Forward that is all it says.
Many thanks for your prompt reply.

You should find this item in message view in the 'overflow' menu (3-dots button) in the action bar.
