Message listing got small

I was playing around and turned on the two-panel ui. Didn't like it so I turned it back off. Now wverything b is small on all my accounts. Can't figure out how to get it back to normal.

Well I guess if I had waited 5 more minutes before asking I wouldn't have had to. It is set for volume buttons to control overall font size and I guess I must have adjusted it without realizing it.
