messages are deleted from gmail when using POP3

Hi,

I would like to use POP3 to see the emails from gmail.

I have set "Hide in the app, keep on the server" but the message gets deleted once opened in aqua-mail.

What do I have to set so the email remains on the server.
I use an the PC client as the storage for all email so I would like to be able to download email when using the PC client.

Gmail's POP3 is special, and does this on purpose.

If you really must have POP3, please use the so called Gmail-specific "recent mode":
