Title: 5-day free trial?

I decided to try out Aquamail, and in-app it said the paid features have a 5-day trial. To enable these features I had to subscribe via Google Play, so I chose a monthly payment.
But there is no free trial. Google took a payment and there is no way to get a refund. I've cancelled the subscription but I've still been charged.
I did all this on 21st February. I have decided not to continue with Aquamail, it doesn't suit my requirements. How do I get my money back?

Aqua Mail offers a 5-day free trial, but charges may occur if the subscription isn't canceled before the trial ends. Please contact us at support@aqua-mail.com, with your order ID (GPA) or the email used for the purchase, and we'll assist you with a refund.
