Title: Contact icons - Automated loading

Good day,

I found that in the message list, the icon bubble automatically retrieves an image from somewhere, and its not because its in my contact list. My question, is where it receives that image information from? Some of what I've received is from my business emails, and it has the wrong logo and wish to rectify it.
