Title: very very long time to connect to email server

I'm running AquaMail on my Pixel 7.
When I haven't used it for a while and attempt to sync with my server (AOL), it takes a very very long time.  Often, over a minute.
After than connection has been established, if I attempt to refresh/sync, it's almost instantaneous.
But that initial connection is too long and I was hoping there is a setting that would speed up the process.

At least share if you are experiencing the same issue.
