Title: Display duration for toast messages is far too short

The display duration for toast messages is too short. Although the message text is brief, the message is displayed for such a short period of time I often cannot read it all.

Also, toast messages don't identify from which account the message is originating. In this case, I am talking about toast messages indicating some failure in the connection with a specific account server. Since this happens nearly every time AquaMail connects, it would be useful to know which account is once again throwing an error.

Typically, if an account is experiencing any errors, you will see a small red exclamation mark below it in the account list view.
