Title: Problem Sending Attachments

I have a Galaxy Note 2. When I attempt to send pictures as attachments, the network continues to show activity even after the email is recieved by the recipient. This occurs whether or not I send one, or multiple pictures. For example, I sent three photos and even though they were recieved within 3 minutes, Aquamail was still showing busy for at least 20 minutes until I turned the phone off.

Can you clarify what you meant by "showing busy"?

A sent message might need to be uploaded to your IMAP's server Sent folder, and if it's a large message, it could take some time (typically, not 20 minutes, though).
