Title: IMAP-Push broken

Dear Sir,
Since a few releases (I think 2), the IMAP push doesn't work anymore. I'm using gmx.de as provider.
I have checked IMPA push with another email client, and that one worked.
So I guess, this is a new bug.

Does the blue status bar icon show?

Do messages arrive after a delay?

Here is a fresh build, can you try it?

If tested this fresh build, but unfortunatly without success. And the blue Icon doesn't appear in the stausbar.
Oh, I see the blue icon for a very short time, when I manually sync.

I deinstalled AquaMail + Key and reinstalled it again. Now it works like expected.

Wow, must have been the settings, or maybe one of those magic Android / Google Play things. Thanks for the update, I'll sleep better tonight!
