Title: Account Settings for Exchange: Enabling push disables sync

Hello,

Fantastic mail client, however when I go into an Exchange account, clicking on an amount of messages (say 5,000) disables push notifications. Checking push notifications only allows 21 days to be synced.

The same restriction doesn't apply to IMAP accounts.
